Jebya: GOP should create 'a shadow government'

12-1-08: Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush told Newsmax correspondent Ashley Martella that Republicans should create a shadow government to challenge Democrats.

In Washington we need to show humility and be the loyal opposition. I actually think we need to organize ourselves the form of a shadow government and make it based on policy and not on partisanship, he said.

Bush believes that the Republican Party needed to broaden is appeal and 'avoid being the old white-guy party.'
